## Not an agency, not a venture studio

- Starts from: agency, a client brief; venture studio, a thesis and outside founders; FokaLabs, a problem we have met ourselves.
- Builds: agency, what was specified; venture studio, a company to spin out; FokaLabs, the product and the company around it.
- After launch: agency, hands over; venture studio, steps back once the company is independent; FokaLabs, keeps operating it.
- Team: agency, billable staff; venture studio, founders recruited per company; FokaLabs, one founder with an ai-native stack.
